Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal, and failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allevara.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
